Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell any of it.
1. What we collect
When you create an account
- Your name and email address
- A password, which we store only as a cryptographic hash and can never read
When you place an order
Our payment provider requires these to process an international payment:
- Full name, email address and phone number
- Billing address, city, postal code and country
We keep this with your order as the record of the sale.
Automatically
- Which designs you download, so your library and download allowance stay correct
- Basic technical information your browser sends with every request, such as IP address, used to keep the site secure and working
2. What we never collect
We do not see or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Those go directly to the payment provider and never reach our servers.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought and keep it available in your account
- To take payment and meet the checks our payment provider requires
- To answer your support messages
- To keep accounting records the law requires us to keep
- To protect the site against fraud and abuse
We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
4. Who else sees it
Only the parties that make the service work:
- Payment provider
- Receives your billing details in order to process the payment
- Hosting provider
- Runs the servers the site and its data sit on
- Email provider
- Carries support messages between us
We share nothing beyond what each needs, and only ever to deliver the service or to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Cookies
We use only what the site needs to function: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and browser storage that remembers your cart and wishlist. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and download history, while your account exists, so your purchases stay available to you
- Order records, retained as long as accounting and tax rules require
- Support messages, kept while they are useful, then deleted
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your account and personal data
- Stop using your data for a particular purpose
Write to support@tarsimaat.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself from your account settings at any time. Some order records may have to be kept afterwards where the law requires it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and purchased files are released only to the account that owns them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and fix problems quickly.
9. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
